How does the MobileAlert Smartwatch with GPS work?

  1. Customer presses button on necklace to activate and sends signal to monitoring station through cellular network along with location.  

  2. Monitoring Station pinpoints customers location and immediately speaks and listens to customer through the 2-way communication audio on the MobileAlert Smartwatch and determines what kind of assistance customer needs.

  3. Emergency Contacts will receive an automatic text that customers MobileAlert Smartwatch has been activated and can immediately contact customer and also pinpoint their location with a text to a number given at time of installation.

  4. If customer needs help (fall, medical situation), emergency contact(s) and emergency authorities (EMS/Fire/Police) are notified and dispatched to customers location, whether at home or anywhere in the USA.

  5. Monitoring Station will keep in contact with customer until help has arrived and customer receives assistance.

  6. Once customer receives assistance, incident is closed out MobileAlert Smartwatch and goes back to standby mode, ready to assist again.

  7. All medical alarms are recorded for quality assurance.

  8. This system is monitored 24 hours 7 days a week by Affiliated Monitoring.

NOTE: If customer accidently presses button on necklace or bracelet, only steps 1, 2 and 3 will occur, emergency authorities (EMS/Fire/Police) will not be notified.

  • MobileAlert Smartwatch is water-resistant.

  • Has GPS capability and Fall Detection*.

  • Works at home, away from home or anywhere in the United States.

  • Use it for 5 days before it needs charging (5 day battery life).

  • Powered by a 5 Volt Charging Dock.

  • We can ping MobileAlert Smartwatch to locate its location if you ever lose it or misplace it.

  • We check how much battery % left on MobileAlert Smartwatch before it will need charging.

  • Low Battery Reporting triggers call to customer that MobileAlert Smartwatch needs charging

* Fall Detection is not 100% and does not detect all falls, you should always press button on MobileAlert Smartwatch if possible.
